The Bubble Dress! Made with our classic knit cotton on top and the skirt is some vintage black cotton fabric. Comes with our pearl embellishment at the back. She can be worn 3 ways, just as is in a flirty mini dress format, or you can pull the string at the hem and turn it into a bubble. Or you can bubble the bottom tight and fold it under to create a peplum top.
